attentive teamfulfilled requestobservant staff
The housekeeping team was particularly attentive. Surendra, yoon, and htet fulfilled every request. They were observant, and worked to ensure we felt at home.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in, resulting in a wait for the room to become available.

The hotel provided quick access to the beach. It was only a short walk. This proximity enhanced the vacation, awesome for spontaneous beach visits and RELAXING seaside moments. The overall setting was ideal for enjoying the coastal environment.

The pool area featured several comfortable loungers . A sister hotel offered a restaurant, envy, that i enjoyed visiting. It was conveniently nearby. The apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette that greatly aided meal preparation.

The staff demonstrated admirable kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Ahmed, at reception, was particularly friendly and available for assistance. Ramjan and his team maintained a super clean room, assuring a comfortable and tidy living space.

The location is pretty good, it allowed easy access to the beach.
The breakfast service was noticeably poor (especially considering the price of the hotel). Staff didn't smile or seem cute. They also seemed quite slow and inattentive, rather ANNOYING. The kids' club enforced a strange two-hour limit per day despite being mostly empty. This felt unnecessarily restrictive, and my child was disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Karina, Yin Min, and Surendra at the front office were amazing. Lalu, Ramjan, and Vijay from housekeeping did a superb job. I really enjoyed the pools. Both were fantastic. The food at the restaurants was also superb!
The pool ordering app needed some work. It took nearly an hour to get drinks by the pool because of delays in approving and processing the order.

The room had a large space and decent appliances. I enjoyed the nice view from the room. The apartment felt spacious, providing plenty of room for our family.

The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to requests. Surendra from the housekeeping team brought requested items directly to us without hesitation. His friendly demeanor helped elevate our stay. I felt very welcomed.

The hotel's location made it easy to access various attractions. It was possible to swim and sunbathe. Taxis were readily available for trips to places such as Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Museum of the Future.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Surendra and Ishpreet! They offered excellent service. The hotel overall is amazing, boasting a great location. I particularly enjoyed the amazing views from my apartment.
I found that the children's pool area had seating restrictions. This made it difficult for families to keep their belongings nearby. It also made it hard to supervise children, a bit disappointing.

The rooms provided plenty of space and useful amenities. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. Judith from the kids club was friendly and helpful. The coffee shop, RISEN, had nice coffee. We used a complimentary shuttle service TO the malls. Ahmed always helped with OUR car.

Breakfast had many buffet options plus unlimited, freshly prepared set menus. You could order omelets from the waitress. The food was AMAZING!!! The only issue was the lack of available high chairs.

Staff, including Bertha at reception, showed amazing helpfulness. Fatima facilitated an early check-in. Sadik from room service was always available. Ramjan kept my room perfectly clean, giving his best.

I was so impressed by the immaculate housekeeping. lalu and sifat kept my one-bedroom apartment private beach access super clean (they really were very good!). i also enjoyed the convenient b level parking.
i found the pool experience to be a bit restrictive. the lifeguards enforced many rules and most of the better loungers required an extra fee (what?! ). i also didn't like not being able to refill my water bottle unless i bought one of theirs.
